The Brew City Bears topped the State College Swift Steeds , 10-2, at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. Brew City designated hitter Launch Angle banged out 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 1 runs. Professor Croakwell, the winning pitcher, is now 5-3. He went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 7 hits, while fanning 2 and walking 2.

The Bears got an important contribution from left fielder Marsh Mellow, who in the bottom of the first hit a fastball into right for a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Bears ahead, 5-0.
