Hepcats Lose to Armadillos in Walk Off
The Amarillo Armadillos topped the Kansas City Hepcats, 5-4, in Minor League PBE action at The Burrow Presented by the PBE Bigger Strange Pod. The game was highlighted by the performance of Amarillo right fielder Brent Goldberg. Garlic Bread, credited with the win, is now 5-3. He allowed no runs on 1 hit. With the win, Amarillo raised its record to 49-35.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Goldberg hit a slider from Randy Colón for a solo home run. The Armadillos, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Goldberg told the Amarillo Daily News.
