Amarillo third baseman Kveta Vlková had a day to remember, 5-for-5 against the Chicago Kingpins at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium as the Armadillos picked up a win, 9-3.

"He was patient up there," Amarillo skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Vlková has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."

Kveta Vlková singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Marcus DaWorm in the 8th.
