Anchorage Slaps 4-1 Loss on Brew City

The Anchorage Wheelers picked up a win at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo, downing the Brew City Bears, 4-1. On the mound for Anchorage was left-hander Jiggs Kingman, who played a pivotal role in the win. Roomba Macintosh was credited with the save, his 3rd in 3 tries. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Anchorage.
Enrique Checo helped out the Anchorage cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.
