Tweedlecock hits 2 home runs to Power Bears Offense
The Brew City Bears beat the Amarillo Armadillos, 7-5, at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. Livingston Tweedlecock, in particular, was impressive. He went 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Daniel Martin, the winner, improved to 5-2. He held the Armadillos to no runs on 3 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 3. The Bears, at 57-37, have now won 4 straight.

Xhektoe dealt the Armadillos a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with the bases loaded and Brew City leading 1-0, Xhektoe, who is rated as the 93rd best prospect by BNN, hit a first pitch slider for a 2-run single.
