Brew City Bears starter Pedro Peregrino pitched a strong game against the Amarillo Armadillos at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House, leading the Bears to victory, 6-3. The Bears now own a record of 58-38.

The Bears got an important contribution from shortstop Thicker Thick McThicc, who in the bottom of the third knocked a 1-2 cutter into left for a 2-run double. It was his 13th double of the season and put the Bears ahead, 4-1.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," McThicc told the Brew City Chronicle.
