California Extends Series Lead in Low-Scoring Affair
The California Firehawks got a strong game from starter Ima DudeMan, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.

The Firehawks took the 2-1 win over the Louisville Lemurs in Game 2 of the Semi-FInals in a 9th inning walk-off. The win capped off a fine outing for the right-handed DudeMan. DudeMan threw 6.1 innings allowing 1 run in the win, which gave the Firehawks a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Coleman Carver was the walk-off hero for California. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Firehawks right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Feels good to get the job done," DudeMan said after the game.

Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday at Colby Koffman Championship Field at The Jungle in Providence.
