Firehawks Win Semi-FInals
|
The California Firehawks proved to be too much to handle for the Louisville Lemurs in the Semi-FInals, and a sweep was the end result.
California punched its ticket to the World Series on the strength of a 3-0 win in the deciding game, which wrapped up the series 4-0.
California designated hitter Devante Moore, named series MVP, was instrumental in the sweep, as he mashed Louisville pitching to the tune of a .467 average, with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs.
The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Semi-FInals finishes.
