Bears Advance to World Series
|
All playoffs end with joy on one side and despair on the other. Today, the Brew City Bears are the ones feeling overwhelmed with excitement, and the Kansas City Hepcats are the ones thinking about what they could have done differently.
The Bears took a 10-7 victory at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good today, which gave Brew City a 4-1 series win.
With the win, Brew City will advance to play in the World Series.
"We aren't ready to go home yet," said Bears third baseman Yoshinori Akiyama, who was named series MVP.
The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Semi-FInals finishes.
