Sax Powers Wheelers Offense
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Anchorage Wheelers and Brew City Bears.

Wheelers second baseman Jimi Sax left his mark on his team's 9-4 win over the Brew City Bears. Sax went 4 for 4 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 3 for Anchorage in the contest. Brew City, with the loss, is 4-3.

In the top of the second, Sax had a bases-clearing double for Anchorage. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Wheelers on top, 3-0.

"We were able to put some good swings on some pitches," Sax told the Anchorage News.
