A 3-RBI performance from center fielder Myles Meredith, who is tied for 9th in the MiLPBE in stolen bases with 5, led the Anchorage Wheelers to a win over the State College Swift Steeds , 10-3. Harlem Moncrief, the winning pitcher, improved to 3-0. He pitched 5.2 innings, giving up 5 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 4 and walking 1. Highdrah Coneis closed the door for Anchorage, picking up his 1st save of the year.

With runs few and far between, the Wheelers had to seize their opportunities when they came. One of the most important chances for Anchorage came in the top of the third inning, when designated hitter Rachel Morimura delivered a grand slam home run. The home run was hit off Jackson Ramirez and made the score 4-0, Wheelers. Morimura went 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.
