The California Firehawks got a stellar effort from pitcher Massive Unit, helping California score a win over the visiting Brew City Bears, 4-1. With the victory, the Firehawks upped their record to 14-10.

Coleman Carver had a big bases-clearing double for the Firehawks in the bottom of the third inning. With California leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Real Games, who is tied for 4th in the MiLPBE in wins with 3, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Firehawks ahead, 4-0.
