Chicago Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
It took 13 innings, but the Chicago Kingpins were able to beat the Amarillo Armadillos, 6-5, at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. Tank Fromas provided some offensive muscle for Chicago. He went 3 for 6 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Chicago reliever David Corrigan picked up the win, raising his record to 2-0. IKEA BLÅHAJ [BOT] was tagged with the loss. The defeat makes Amarillo 21-10.

The Kingpins got a clutch hit from shortstop Dave Babipperson. In the bottom of the 13th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Kingpins.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Babipperson said in his postgame press conference.
