The Florida Flamingos trumped the Amarillo Armadillos, 4-3, at Florida Man Park. Florida second baseman Bobby Briggs was terrific. He went 2-3 with a double and a walk. Zachary Vega III sewed up the save, his 7th. Florida is now 26-14.

Luca, who is tied for 2nd in the MiLPBE in triples with 2, aided the Florida cause with a 2-run triple in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the first baseman was 2 for 4 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Luca.
