Win Lifts Kingpins to 33-19
The Chicago Kingpins beat the State College Swift Steeds , 12-5, at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. Ottoman Timothy, in particular, was impressive. He went 2 for 5 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5. Chicago pitcher Chudigal Son got the win. He's now 8-5. Bug Chingus was tagged with the loss. Chicago leads the East Division by 2 games.

The Kingpins got a big boost from left fielder Boots Poffenberger who had a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first inning off Swift Steeds hurler Bug Chingus. It was his 11th walk of the season and put Chicago on top, 1-0.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Kingpins manager .
