The Anchorage Wheelers got a superb performance from pitcher Pythagoras. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Puerto Rico. The Ranas won the game, 4-2. Pythagoras threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball. Puerto Rico reliever Harry Berry got the win, raising his record to 2-5. Pythagoras was tagged with the loss. The victory makes Puerto Rico 13-44.

In the top of the seventh, Puerto Rico second baseman Lumosity Frog put his team on top. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he hit his 7th double of the year. Anchorage pitcher Dahmir Lucas served it up. Just like that, the Ranas were ahead, 3-2.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Frog told the Puerto Rico Daily News.
