Brew City first baseman Srevor Tory was instrumental in helping the Bears triumph, 8-3, over the Amarillo Armadillos. Tory went 4 for 5 with 4 singles. He drove in 2 runs. With the win, the Bears hiked their record to 31-29.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Seiun Sky? The Brew City left fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the second inning to put the Bears on top, 2-0. For the game, Sky had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Sky.
