The Kansas City Hepcats topped the Amarillo Armadillos, 5-3, in Minor League PBE action at The Evil Dictator x Jose Forty-Three Best Friendship Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Kansas City pitcher and Brooklyn, New York, native Toby Ziegler. Kansas City raised its record to 38-23 with the win.

David Doug was the walk-off hero for Kansas City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Hepcats third baseman hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

"Winning never gets dull," said Ziegler.
