The State College Swift Steeds picked up a win at Taylor Swift is Hard Mid Eras Tour 2.0, downing the Florida Flamingos, 12-1. On the mound for State College was left-hander Derek Kirkland, who played a pivotal role in the win. The win for the Swift Steeds raised their record to 35-28.

Enrique von Muy Caliente had a big 2-run double for the Swift Steeds in the bottom of the first inning. With State College leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Myles Tremonti, who is tied for 8th in the MiLPBE in wins with 7, and swatted a double to center. It was his 8th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Swift Steeds ahead, 3-0.

Florida manager called the blowout loss "ugly."
