The Puerto Rico Ranas topped the California Firehawks, 4-0, in Minor League PBE action at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons. The standout performance belonged to Puerto Rico pitcher and San Juan, Puerto Rico, native Ottov Yeoj. In 5.1 innings, Yeoj surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. The save was credited to Harry Berry, his 2nd.

Puerto Rico used the timely hitting of Jeremiah Bullfrog to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Ranas ahead, 4-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Yeoj told a Puerto Rico Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
