Bears Trip Wheelers, 5-4, in Extra Innings
The Brew City Bears did just enough to sneak past the Anchorage Wheelers, 5-4, at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. Brew City pitcher Ryan Express, in particular, had a standout performance. The Bears have now won 4 straight.

The Bears procured the win, in large part because of right fielder Alex Gilleyes. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Brew City manager .
