The Puerto Rico Ranas got a superb performance from pitcher Ribbit Ribbit, but the Amarillo Armadillos still won the game, 4-3. Ribbit threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. Reliever Trongle Man picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. Ribbit Ribbit took the loss. With the win, the Armadillos sit at 38-33.

In the bottom of the sixth, Amarillo designated hitter Jordan Love put his team on top. With no one out and a runner on 1st, he hit his 14th home run of the year. Puerto Rico pitcher Ribbit Ribbit served it up. Just like that, the Armadillos were ahead, 4-3.

In postgame comments to the Amarillo Daily News, Love said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
