Lemurs Rally Late to Nip Swift Steeds
The home team gave the crowd some walk-off drama.

Starting pitcher Michel de Nostredame pitched well enough to help the Louisville Lemurs beat the State College Swift Steeds , 4-3. Louisville reliever Glenn Snaps picked up the win, upping his record to 4-6. Cass Silskrumblin took the loss.

The Lemurs were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth inning, when 22-year old left fielder Wet Sock landed a big blow. He turned a 0-1 cutter from Cass Silskrumblin into a 2-run single. The walk-off single sent the Colby Koffman Championship Field at The Jungle denizens into a frenzy and sent the Lemurs home with a thrilling 4-3 win.

"Winning never gets dull," said de Nostredame.

Louisville, at 47-28, is 5½ games up in the East Division.
