California Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Monday, August 29th , 2061 The California Firehawks have a new opponent: mathematics. The Firehawks still have games to play in their disappointing 2061 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Firehawks were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. The Firehawks have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 29 years as a Minor League PBE franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2059.
