Minor League PBE Picks Top Player Monday, June 26th , 2062 So far in his young career, Karma Zaxaquil has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Minor League PBE in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old State College Swift Steeds center fielder hit at a torrid .481 clip as he collected 13 hits in 27 at-bats, 2 home runs, 2 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This year Zaxaquil has hit at a .277 clip with 20 RBIs, 5 home runs and 28 runs scored. |
