Florida Win Semi-FInals Sunday, October 1st , 2062 The Florida Flamingos are bound for the World Series. A 5-2 win over the Brew City Bears at The Mound ended the Semi-FInals, 4-1. "We're not trying to get ahead of ourselves, but it's hard not to get pumped up and excited and think about how this season could end," said Udo Bonga. "This could be the biggest celebration Florida has ever seen if we can win the World Series." The state of the Minor League PBE championship remains in doubt, but the Flamingos certainly appear to be strong contenders. Bonga was named MVP of the Semi-FInals after he posted a .421 batting average, while adding 2 home runs, driving in 6 RBI and scoring 4 runs.
