Red-Hot August Lands Mellow Batting Prize in MiLPBE Friday, September 1st , 2073 Marsh Mellow put together a good August to earn the Minor League PBE Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Brew City officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Bears left fielder posted a .406 batting average with 5 home runs, 19 RBIs and 24 runs scored. So far this year in 96 games, Mellow is hitting .332 with 17 home runs, 58 RBIs and 74 runs scored. |
