MiLPBE Names Top Player of the Week Monday, September 10th , 2074 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Amarillo's Mortimer Dog put up last week were the envy of the league, as Dog came away with Minor League PBE Player of the Week honors. He belted out 9 hits in 19 at-bats, 3 home runs and 7 RBIs last week as he posted his .474 batting average. Currently Dog is batting .292 with 120 hits and 12 home runs.
