Chamgerlain Gets Award for Relief Work Wednesday, October 23rd , 2080 Raul Chamgerlain said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 22 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the California Firehawks rising star has won the Minor League PBE Reliever of the Year Award for 2080. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.79 ERA over 80.2 innings. He also had 21 saves in 46 relief appearances, 49 strikeouts and only 12 walks. Greg Evil of the Louisville Lemurs finished second in voting, while Sir Tomba of the State College Swift Steeds finished third. |
