Curtis Jones left his imprint on the 8-0 Outer Banks win against the Boise Raptors. Jones, who is tied for 3rd in the Legends with a .547 slugging percentage, was 2-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Outer Banks pitcher Sniper King got the win, upping his record to 6-6. Harold Smith got the loss. Goro Shigeno picked up his 4th save of the season.

With Outer Banks leading 3-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Jones hit a sinker from Harold Smith for a 3-run home run. It was his 19th home run of the season and put the Aviators ahead, 6-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Jones.
