The Buffalo Surge spoiled a good performance by San Antonio first baseman Rob Littleton, bumping off San Antonio, 6-3, at The Treehouse. Littleton slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Buffalo pitcher Lieutenant Dudz got the win. He's now 4-10. Anthony Stover was tagged with the loss. The last-place Surge now have a win-loss record of 34-46.

Pee Wee Rhys had a big run-scoring double for the Surge in the top of the fifth inning. With Buffalo leading 2-1 and a runner on 2nd, he got a circle change from 27-year old left-handed pitcher Anthony Stover and swatted a double to center. It was his 20th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Surge ahead, 3-1.

Rhys called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
