Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Providence Crabs and Indianapolis Apex.

The Providence Crabs dealt the Indianapolis Apex a 6-5 loss at The Brickyard. Cassius Considerations, who is a two-time Gold Glove Award winner, was the star on offense. He went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs. Providence pitcher Count Crabula got the win. He's now 5-2. James Noble was tagged with the loss. Randy Colón closed it out for Providence, earning his 16th save.

Providence used the timely hitting of Seymour Baltz to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Crabs on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Providence manager .

The Crabs improved their record to 52-44 by beating Indianapolis.
