The Death Valley Scorpions picked up a win at Cari Price Memorial Stadium, dropping the Indianapolis Apex, 4-3. Deviver Votto, who is tied for 5th in the Champions in wins with 11, was the difference-maker. Votto yielded 2 runs over 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 0, and struck out 8. His record improves to 11-8. With the win, the Scorpions sit at 58-42.
