Chicago Breaks Through for First Win in Semi-FInals; Now Trails 2-1
The Chicago Kingpins have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading Florida Flamingos, winning, 6-5, at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. Kingpins designated hitter Sparky Dee was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 times. The win cuts the deficit facing the Kingpins to 2-1 in the best-of-7 Semi-FInals.

Showtime Jones had a clutch at-bat with no one out in the bottom of the sixth for the Kingpins. Coming up with a runner on 1st and Chicago trailing 3-2, he hit a 2-run home run.

"Just glad I could help us get a win," said Dee.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium in Providence.
