Buffalo Win to Pull Even With Death Valley
The Buffalo Surge defeated the Death Valley Scorpions, 10-3 in Game 2 of the World Series today. Making an impact was third baseman Dimpley Splorger, who was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The win moves Buffalo into a 1-1 tie with Death Valley in the series.

The game turned with two out in the top of the sixth when Splorger, who finished 2nd in the Legends in home runs with 28 in 2069, hit a 2-run single. It propelled the Surge into the lead, 5-3.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Splorger.

The next game is set to be played for Saturday, October 17th , 2071 at The Power House in Providence.
