Xavier Pruitt, who finished 2nd in the Champions in wins with 15 in 2071, was locked in. The right-hander led the Indianapolis Apex to a 3-1 win against the Nashville Stars at Gibson Soundstage. With the win, Indianapolis has a record of 10-14. Nashville falls to 17-7.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Esteban Santos Garcia? The Indianapolis center fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the second inning to put the Apex on top, 2-0. For the game, Santos Garcia had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
