The Buffalo Surge weathered a fine game by Boise catcher Rodrigo Wallach to upend the Raptors, 13-9, at The Power House. Wallach was 2-2 with a home run, a triple, and 3 walks, while scoring 3 times. Reliever Barto O'Colon picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. PK-VS, who is tied for 3rd in the Legends with a 10.5 K/9 rate, took the loss. The Surge sport a record of 13-20.

Had Jackson Cheerios not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Cheerios hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Surge.
