Voyagers Come Up Short at San Antonio, 3-2
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the San Antonio Sloths and New York Voyagers.

The San Antonio Sloths earned a close win over the New York Voyagers, thanks in part to Chad Innings-Eater. The San Antonio right-hander, who is tied for 9th in the Legends in strikeouts with 66, played a key role in the 3-2 victory. The winner in relief was Carlos Krash. He is now 3-3. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. William Nilliam earned save number 1 this season.

The Sloths got a big at-bat from first baseman Turd Ferguson. For the game, Ferguson was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave San Antonio a 3-2 lead.

Ferguson said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.

The Sloths raised their record to 14-25.
