Cancun Toros starter Pedro Martini turned in a top-notch performance against the New Orleans Rougarous at El Coliseo de los Toros. The result was a win for the Toros, 6-2. Cancun reliever Guess Who picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Baron Samedi took the loss. Roquefort Cotswald earned the save for Cancun, his 5th.

Troy Murphy contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With a runner on 1st, he hit a double. It was one at-bat that helped Cancun get the win.

"We'll kick back tonight and enjoy this win," said Murphy.

Cancun has now reeled off 10 straight wins.
