A 5-RBI performance from Myles Meredith, who is tied for 7th in the Champions in hits with 54, helped the Cancun Toros beat the Indianapolis Apex, 8-5. Pedro Martini got the win, improving to 5-5. He pitched 5.1 innings, giving up 8 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 2. With the win, Cancun upped its record to 26-17.

Cancun grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Meredith hit a run-scoring double off Flop Quads. His 15th double of the season put the Toros out in front, 5-4.
