The first-place Detroit Demons picked up another win.
The Detroit Demons picked up a win at Demon's Lair at Laser Park, courtesy of Aria Bluesky. The right-hander helped his team stop the Nashville Stars, 3-1. Bluesky, now 9-1, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 7, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Earning his 6th save of the year was Xavier Pruitt.
The Demons got a big at-bat from third baseman Danger Dollarson. For the game, Dollarson went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 10th home run of the season gave Detroit a 2-0 lead.
"Aria was hitting his spots and everything had life," said Detroit manager .
The Demons improved to a lofty 33-14.
