The Providence Crabs rode a solid performance from 24-year-old starting pitcher Count Crabula to a win, beating the Buffalo Surge, 4-1, at The Pot. Providence raised its record to 33-25 with the win.

Crabula, who was born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, threw 101 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing 1 run.
