Apex Rack Up 6-3 Win Versus Lunar Base
The Indianapolis Apex earned a win at Lunar Base SkyDome, knocking off the Lunar Base Space Rangers, 6-3. On the bump for Indianapolis was right-hander Thor Lore. He had a starring role in the triumph. Picking up his 4th save was 23-year old left-handed pitcher Felix Burgous. Indianapolis, at 27-32, holds down third place in the Champions Conference East.

Indianapolis used a well-timed hit by Brent Goldberg to capture the win. The third baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Apex ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"Feels good to get the job done," Goldberg said after the game.
