Demons Lose to Apex in Walk-Off
The Indianapolis Apex scored a tight, 5-4 win versus the Detroit Demons at The Brickyard. Indianapolis pitcher Flop Quads held his own in the contest. Indianapolis reliever Stu Macher picked up the win, upping his record to 2-5. Rene-Antoine LePouvoirs took the loss. The win puts Indianapolis at 36-35 this season.

Dee Fernandez Jr. was the walk-off hero for Indianapolis. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Apex second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
