Chainz Hits 3 home runs in Space Rangers Win
|
Fans brought energy and enthusiasm to the Detroit Demons home opener. Hugh Mann started for the home team against Acheoar Hippocrites for the Lunar Base Space Rangers. The Demons were unable to reward the home crowd with a win. The final score was 8-1, Lunar Base. Allison Chainz, though, was impressive.
Lunar Base relied on the hitting of Scottie Stirling to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Space Rangers on top, 4-1. For the game, Stirling had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We were firing on all cylinders today," said Space Rangers manager .
