Well, that's how to end a game in style.

In a tight tilt between the Buffalo Surge and the Detroit Demons, Juicy Jumbo was the deciding factor. The Buffalo right-hander spearheaded the 2-1 win. Buffalo reliever Paj Bobba picked up the win, upping his record to 6-4. Goaty McGoatFace absorbed the loss.

The decisive blow was delivered by Pee Wee Rhys in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off fireballing right-hander Goaty McGoatFace to win the game for Buffalo. The home crowd went nuts.

"You have to win 1-0, 3-2, 2-1 games if you want to get to where you want to go," said Surge manager .

After today's action, Buffalo sits at 33-42; Detroit slips to 37-38.
