The New York Voyagers beat the Indianapolis Apex, 4-3, at Vaughn's House. Isuro Tanaka, who is tied for 6th in the Legends with a .375 on-base percentage, starred for New York. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 runs. Taylor Adkins earned the win to go to 9-7. He allowed 3 runs on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 6 strikeouts in 8 innings of work. New York has now won 4 straight.
Man Squatch was 2 for 3 with 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs for New York. The 2078 Rookie of the Year Award winner had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Ollie Damra. It was his 42nd RBI of the season.
