Champions Conference Winner Announced Saturday, October 22nd , 2072 Cool, calm and collected is the best way to describe this year's Champions Conference Rookie of the Year Award winner. Max Lovehammer was cool as a cucumber when the Indianapolis skipper summoned his ace reliever in from the Indianapolis bullpen. In 40 relief appearances Lovehammer threw 63.2 innings. On 2 occasions he got the save. He finished the year with 3 wins, 1 loss and a 3.25 ERA while fanning 73 and walking 25. Opposing batters managed to hit .191 against Lovehammer. Skooma Skooma-kun of the Nashville Stars finished second in voting, while Melo Misteur of the Death Valley Scorpions finished third. |
