Dogwood Takes Home Champions Top Batter Award Friday, September 1st , 2062 Maple Dogwood of the Detroit Demons was named the Champions Conference's best batter for his fine performance in August. He compiled a .323 batting average and .385 on-base percentage during the month. In 24 games he piled up 31 hits, 5 home runs, 18 RBIs and 20 runs scored. Dogwood is presently hitting at a .262 pace with 19 home runs, 70 RBIs and has scored 68 times. |
