Champions Conference's Best Batter Announced Monday, September 11th , 2062 A hot-hitting week got Saad Fakhar the Champions Conference Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The New Orleans first baseman slammed them for a .389 average, 7 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 3 runs. In the postgame press conference, Fakhar shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that."
