Legends Conference Picks Top Player Monday, June 15th , 2076 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Providence's Migs Mayfeld put up last week were the envy of the league, as Mayfeld came away with Legends Conference Player of the Week honors. He belted out 12 hits in 21 at-bats, no home runs and 1 RBIs last week as he posted his .571 batting average. This season, Mayfeld has banged out 51 hits in 175 at-bats for a .291 average with 10 home runs. He is getting on base at a .314 pace and his totals also include 31 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
